Not really! Our service fees start at $100 per trip and are in place to benefit you. As a service-based agency, we work on behalf of our clients, not on behalf of a product. We value transparency and discourage our agents from being driven by profit from a sale.

Outside of the price to hire us on, you won’t have any nickeling and diming – and we stand by the commitment that the cost of your vacation will be consistent with direct-booking prices you’d be booking with cruise lines, airlines, and resorts.

Aside from saving you valuable time and providing our expertise to custom-tailor a vacation to your needs, we have insider access to amenities through our travel consortia, Virtuoso. This luxury network is invitation-only and consists of the top hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and more. When applicable, we’re able to add value to your trip with enhanced amenities (like upgrades and resort credits, to name a few) that are not available when booking on your own.

Plus, you have a dedicated advisor to call upon with any questions or concerns – who wants to spend hours on hold with a hotel or cruise line to ask their questions? We’re your go-to resource from start to finish. Should anything go wrong while you’re traveling, we work diligently to resolve any problems and serve as your greatest advocate, ensuring that you have a fabulous getaway.

No, we do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Please read more about Travel Insurance here.

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

At least a year in advance, but we do make exceptions depending on the wedding size and accept bookings a minimum of 6 months prior.
