Not really! Our service fees start at $100 per trip and are in place to benefit you. As a service-based agency, we work on behalf of our clients, not on behalf of a product. We value transparency and discourage our agents from being driven by profit from a sale.
Outside of the price to hire us on, you won’t have any nickeling and diming – and we stand by the commitment that the cost of your vacation will be consistent with direct-booking prices you’d be booking with cruise lines, airlines, and resorts.
Aside from saving you valuable time and providing our expertise to custom-tailor a vacation to your needs, we have insider access to amenities through our travel consortia, Virtuoso. This luxury network is invitation-only and consists of the top hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and more. When applicable, we’re able to add value to your trip with enhanced amenities (like upgrades and resort credits, to name a few) that are not available when booking on your own.
Plus, you have a dedicated advisor to call upon with any questions or concerns – who wants to spend hours on hold with a hotel or cruise line to ask their questions? We’re your go-to resource from start to finish. Should anything go wrong while you’re traveling, we work diligently to resolve any problems and serve as your greatest advocate, ensuring that you have a fabulous getaway.
No, we do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Please read more about Travel Insurance here.
You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.
You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
At least a year in advance, but we do make exceptions depending on the wedding size and accept bookings a minimum of 6 months prior.

DEPOSITS
$75 for up to 4 travelers and 2 rooms
$150 for 5 -8 travelers up to 4 rooms
This plan to go deposit will be credited toward your to your final invoice. The planning deposit is forfeited if travel is not booked within 30 days from the initial quote. Price is subject to change until booked.
**All quotes are provided within 5 days, if customer would like itinerary to include excursions or other services this may take up to 10 days.
Group Services
We do provide professional and personalized planning services for group trip, weddings, and corporate group management. Our service charge is non-refundable and is not credited to your final invoice. We also offer hosting services if you require one of our professionals on-sight.
Small Groups (9-12 Travelers)
Planning a family getaway, bachelor/bachelorette party, friends trip, intimate wedding or vow renewal, birthday celebration, corporate incentive travel, retreats. We do assess an consultation and planning fee starting at $300+ based on needs and itinerary. This includes a personalized group website to manage all aspects of your vacation, and up to 3 personalized quotes.
Medium Groups (13-20 Travelers)
Planning a family getaway, bachelor/bachelorette party, friends trip, intimate wedding or vow renewal, birthday celebration, corporate incentive travel, retreats. We do assess a consultation and planning fee starting at $600+ based on needs and itinerary. This includes a personalized group website to manage all aspects of your vacation, and up to 3 personalized quotes.
Large Groups or Weddings (21-40 Travelers)
Planning a family reunion, wedding or vow renewal, corporate incentive travel, retreats, golf tournaments, corporate groups and foundations. We do assess an consultation fee and starting at $900+ and up based on needs and itinerary This includes a personalized group website to manage all aspects of your vacation, and up to 4 personalized quotes. If your travel departure date is within 30 days of returning this form, there will be an Expediting Fee $150.00 in order to prioritize the trip. Requests of less than 2 weeks from departure may incur additional Expediting Fees.
Extra Large Groups and Weddings 40+
Planning a family reunion, wedding or vow renewal, corporate incentive travel, retreats, golf tournaments, corporate groups and foundations. We do assess an consultation fee and starting at $1200. This includes a personalized group website to manage all aspects of your vacation, and up to 4 personalized quotes.
If your travel departure date is within 30 days of returning this form, there will be an Expediting Fee $150.00 in order to prioritize the trip. Requests of less than 2 weeks from departure may incur additional Expediting Fees.
Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to all our customers. We provide travel insurance quotes by request. If purchasing a package with flight, Travel Insurance is required.
Rail, Car Rental and Airfare Request
We only arrange flights for our customers if they are ready to book and travel is within 8 months. Portion for flight will be due upfront; however, payment plans may be available for other portions of travel. We do access additional fees starting at 30.00 per traveler and groups starting at 300.00 per group booking with travelers departing from up to 3 locations if you would like to include flight. Please note the price of airfare changes by the minute and price is not guaranteed until booking. We also require insurance or purchase of refundable flight (cash or travel voucher) if you would like to include flight. Car Rental booking fees is 30.00 per booking and rail is 25.00 per booking.
